Product + availability

Products (Books posters etc.) advertised are valid only until visible on the website and/ or until stocks are unavailable. (This is the case even if the site has not been updated to display current/correct availability. Orders will be fulfilled while stocks last. If an order is made on an out of stock product the Client will be notified via email detailing that the product is not available. The seller has no liability to deliver the product to the Client as the Client is aware that stocks are limited.

If the Client has made a payment for an out of stock product a full refund will be given, or the option of credit towards an alternative product.

Order

Client declares before placing an order to have read the terms and conditions and the placement of the order is the acceptance of these terms. By placing the order Client also agrees that the purchase is for personal use only and not for resale. A valid email address is required on the order form for correspondence. Please make sure if you are not computer savvy to seek assistance, Spectrom can not be held liable for loss of downloaded materials due to Clients computer skills.

Currency  

All prices are displayed and transacted in Australian Dollars AUD$.

Pricing and Payment

Prices at present do not include shipping costs.
Additional Payment is made by the Client to account for shipping costs. Payment is accepted via Striped only (an online payment processor). Only after full payment of a Product has been made by the Client will the transfer of ownership take place. Brian Schaefer/Spectrom reserve the right to withhold/refuse delivery of a Product to a Client who has not paid the total amount due for the current or previous order or if a dispute is proceeding.

*Prices do not include any customs clearance fees which shall be the responsibility and at the charge of the Client. (See customs and Import duty information below.)

Customs and Import Duty Information

For all countries except Australia, an order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. The artist/s does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what the client’s particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for the package to clear customs. These additional charges are the responsibility of the client and are not included in the product/s prices. For more information regarding your country’s custom policy, please contact your local customs office.

Delivery Times & Costs

Digital items: Available via a download link and available same day
Books/posters/other:
Postage costs will vary dependent upon your (the clients) location, international or local
Currently postage is a flat rate of within Aus (to be announce)
Other items: Costs may vary due to size weight and location.

Please allow time for order processing and verification. Orders are processed within 2-5 business days of receipt. All deliveries are made by Australia Post, Fastway or DHL couriers. Please allow approximately 14 days from the date of shipment within Australia and 21 days internationally.

*Please note these figures are only a guide and we do not have any control over your package once it is with a Postal service.

Delivery

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Customers are responsible for:

  • paying extra costs for related customs clearance fees.

  • paying handling fees to have the order re-shipped as necessary.

  • claiming made with the shipping carrier as necessary.

seller/s is not responsible for any:

  • stolen, lost, or damaged shipment in relation to the shipping carrier.

  • customs delays.

  • lost, stolen, or damaged shipments in relation to customs delays and clearance.

 *Failure to deliver: Please make sure all delivery information is correct - this includes the address, landline or mobile numbers. Seller/spectrom and postal company cannot be held liable for any failure to deliver due to an error in the delivery address. In such a case Client will need to pay the cost of reshipping the order. Accurate input of the clients information in all fields of an order is the Clients responsibility. Please be sure all information provided is accurate to avoid any delays and costs.

Return Policy

Under Australian consumer law business are not required to provide a refund if the Client has changed their mind or makes a wrong selection.

Clients must be aware to carefully remove products from packages to avoid damaging products.

If a return is warranted Products must be returned in original packaging and condition to the address provided, on correspondence.

The Client will be refunded within 30 days of the cancellation request subject to Client returning the product. (shipping and customs fees, are not refundable).

Imperfections

Colour variations - on screen colours may differ from printed colours.

Disclaimer

It is agreed that if any interruption/disruption takes place in the process of an order, external intrusion or infection by a computer virus, do not involve the responsibility of the seller/spectrom. No compensation for any reason will be made to the Client other than reimbursement of the order as necessary.

Intellectual Property

The acquisition of a product (eBook, book, poster blogs and any material on this site etc.) does not give the Client any right of exploitation, representation, reproduction, display or dissemination, in any medium at all. The author/seller/creator Brian Gerard Schaefer for having created the material and products remains the holder of copyright at all times.

Digital items eg. Ebooks can not be printed.
